Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures

In the turquoise waters of Talbot Bay, the Horizontal Falls was described by naturalist David Attenborough as “one of the greatest wonders of the natural world”.

Guests can appreciate Horizontal Falls from the air with a scenic flight on our half day or full day tours from Broome, Derby or Cygnet Bay, and cruise tranquil waters as they’re guided through the Falls by boat. WHEN TO VISIT

As the Horizontal Falls is a seasonal attraction, so too are our Seaplane Adventures. The commencement and conclusion dates for seasons are subject to change each year. Though, generally, we operate from March through to November. Also please note that to give your clients the best possible experience witnessing the incredible tidal power of the Horizontal Falls, we do not operate on days when there are neap tides (the smallest difference between low and high tides).

Transfer to / from Derby accommodation
Bus transfer to Derby from Broome (this will take approx. 2.5 hours) if ex-Broome departure is booked

Embark on a scenic cruise through the Horizontal Falls, discovering the local flora and fauna whilst hearing from our experienced skippers on the amazing geological structures in the region
A relaxing cruise through the spectacular bays and untouched creek system that surround Talbot Bay, taking in the dramatic scenery
